01How do the 3 month, 6 month and Lifetime plans differ?
The 3 and 6 month plans have the same features; only the length differs. Lifetime is one payment with no expiry, but its AI limit is given once at the start and does not refill each month.
02How do I pay?
With QRIS. Scan it from the e-wallet or mobile banking app you already use.
03Will I be charged automatically later?
No. The plans on this page are one payment. When your plan ends, you decide whether to buy another.
04How is this different from other WhatsApp expense bots?
Himel is connected to the full Ibils app: budgets, separate business books, invoices, split bills and bank statement import. Entries from WhatsApp, Telegram and the in-app chat land in the same place.
05I paid on the web. What now?
Install Ibils from the Play Store or App Store and sign in with the account you created when you paid. Your plan is active on that account once the payment is confirmed.
06Will I lose my records when my plan expires?
Your records stay in your account. Premium feature access follows your plan period and comes back when you take another plan.
07What is my financial data used for?
To run the features you use, including when Himel reads your chats and receipt photos. We do not sell your personal data. The Privacy Policy lists how data is stored and which services are involved.
08Do I have to use AI or receipt photos?
No. You can still enter transactions by hand in the app, whichever suits you.
09What if it is not right for me?
A full refund for a web purchase can be requested within 30 calendar days of successful payment, only if your account has never used any AI limit.
10Can I download my records?
Yes. Pick a date range and your records come out as an Excel file.
